Role: Clinical Data Manager

Location: Maple Grove, MN 55311 (Onsite)

Duration: 06 Months

Position Overview:

The Clinical Data Manager will oversee 3 5 clinical trials from a data management perspective and, together with an assigned coordinator, manage activities from CRF design, clinical data review/oversight, through trial closure activities. This role includes responsibility for the development and execution of risk-based quality management systems and collaboration with therapy groups to support quality clinical data outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify study-specific risks impacting trial conduct and patient safety; analyze and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review study data to detect issues related to accuracy, completeness, trends, and quality.
• Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder discussions and drive resolutions and continued monitoring.
• Conduct Central Monitoring activities per Central Monitoring Plan.
• Lead and oversee all data cleaning activities for assigned studies.

Required Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Health Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in clinical operations, clinical data management, or healthcare-related fields.
• Strong understanding of global clinical operations and clinical trial data collection practices.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and working in a consultative role.
• Competency in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and impact evaluation.
• Ability to translate clinical trial requirements into technical data specifications.
• Intermediate project management skills with ability to maintain cross-team accountability.
• Intermediate therapy-specific knowledge (anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, therapy & device).

• Hands-on experience with clinical data management and data review/analysis (not statistical analysis)

Certifications:

• None required; CCDM or equivalent is preferred.
